Hamburguesa con Pimientos

Hamburger with Peppers

Fuel Type: Gas or Coal

INGREDIENTS

    • 1 tbsp. of olive oil
    • 3/4 of an onion, sliced
    • 7 cups of yellow, green, and red bell peppers, sliced
    • 1/4 tsp. of salt
    • 1/4 tsp. of pepper
    • Inside Skirt
    • 2 tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    • 8 slices of cheese type
    • 4 hamburger buns
    • Lettuce, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Add the chopped onion and bell peppers, stirring occasionally until tender, about six to eight minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix.

  2. Mix the meat with the Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder in a bowl. Divide into four and form into hamburgers.

  3. Cook over medium heat for three to five minutes, depending on the desired level of doneness. When you turn the meat over, place two slices of cheese on top of each one so they melt.

  4. Cut the buns in half and place a bed of lettuce on the bottom half. Top with the meat and then the pepper mixture, cover with the other half of the bun, and serve.
